Ah it is that time of year again, slightly warm weather nice bright sunny days. Its a great sign fishing is right around the cornor. When March hit's two of my favorite things start baseball and fishing. Now March fishing is probably one of my favorite times to fish, simply because that's when the spun starts for large mouth bass!! Why is this a great time to fish for bass? Well simply because that's when they tend to be the most aggressive as they care for their offspring. Another great reason is, because they tend to bed on hard structure which means they will move away from deep water and come closer to bank making spot fishing easier! I love to walk along rock piles seeing monster fish and throwing in my favorite bait the rage craw. The rage craw is my go to bait simply because the mock the craw fish that eat bass eggs or babies. So typically bass are going to try to fight off those craw fish by eating them thus making the rage craw the best bait to use!
